Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team in the UK. You will drive occupancy through proactive sales activity, handle enquiries, and develop the home’s digital profile while networking with the local community.

This role requires a professional sales mindset with strong communication and CRM capabilities. You will work with an exceptional management team to deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches, contributing to strong occupancy

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or similar sectors.
• Ability to analyse data on CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence held.
• Ability to work with local communities to raise occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and the home in a friendly, professional manner.
• Lead sales activity for the home to achieve occupancy targets.
• Engage with potential residents by phone and conduct informative tours of the home.
• Build relationships with residents and relatives to understand needs and preferences.
• Respond to sales inquiries, generate leads, and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database to support follow-ups and campaigns.
