Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team and drive occupancy through sales and marketing activities. You will handle enquiries, develop the home’s digital profile, and network with the local community to boost occupancy.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM for data analysis.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester professionally to residents, families and the community.
• Manage sales activity for the home and drive occupancy targets.
• Speak with potential residents by phone and provide informative tours.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand experiences and needs.
• Respond to sales enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain and update a contacts database.
