Job description

The post holder will provide a friendly, professional reception service to staff, patients and visitors within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department. They will also provide a first-class outpatient coordinator service for the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception service to staff, patients and visitors.
• Coordinate outpatient services for the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department.
• Greet patients on the reception desk, check them in and book follow-up appointments.
• Answer telephone queries.
• Locate and prepare notes for upcoming clinics.
• Book clinic appointments.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
