Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor within property services, maintenance, or construction.
• Strong understanding of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Ability to analyze data and drive profitability.
• Experience managing a small commercial team and developing staff capability.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across North West sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial activities across multiple planned maintenance and refurbishment contracts.
• Manage cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Oversee and mentor Quantity Surveyors.
• Prepare accurate cost forecasts and cash flow reports.
• Support bid and tender processes with commercial input.
