A healthcare provider in St Helens is seeking experienced Nursing Assistants to support older residents in a caring environment. The role involves allocating duties, providing personal care, and undertaking clinical tasks under supervision. Applicants should have Senior Care Assistant level 3 and strong communication skills. Both full and part-time contracts are available with benefits including a pension scheme and fully funded training opportunities.
Nursing Assistants provide an essential role in contributing to the smooth running of our homes for older people. Our Nursing staff lead on the social care and support for our residents.
Reporting to the Home Manager, you will be responsible for allocating duties to a team of Health Care Assistants, acting as a role model in the delivery and promotion of best practice at all times. You will also help to provide personal care to our residents and support with their nutrition, mobility and well‑being.

You should be an experienced Nursing Assistant (Senior Care Assistant level 3). You must be reliable, trustworthy, able to work as part of a team and unsupervised. Successful applicants will provide two written references, a standard/enhanced DBS (depending on role) and evidence of a right to work in the UK.
