A family-run nursery business in Lymm is seeking a Room Leader to lead and manage a room at their nursery. The ideal candidate will possess at least a Level 3 qualification in early years, with a strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices. Responsibilities include fostering a collaborative environment, supporting team development, and building relationships with children and families.
