Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Up to £29,900 | Full-Time | All Year Round

Situated in a convenient location with excellent transport links, this nursery offers a bright, modern learning environment and a wonderful outdoor garden where children are encouraged to play, explore, and grow with confidence.

The nursery is now looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join its friendly team on a full-time, all-year-round basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early years education who wants to make a meaningful difference in a supportive and inclusive setting.

What We’re Looking For
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily running of your designated nursery room, helping create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Assist in planning and delivering exciting, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
  • Build trusting relationships with children and families, keeping parents informed and involved in their child’s development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, contributing to a positive, supportive nursery culture
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene at all times
