About the Nursery

Our client runs a much-loved, family-run nursery that forms part of an outstanding group of nurseries. This is a vibrant and welcoming setting in the Shepherd's Bush area, known for its warm, friendly atmosphere and high standards of care. They are now seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead the team and ensure the continued success of this lovely nursery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and respected organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
  • Lead, support, and inspire a team of dedicated childcare professionals.
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain the highest standards of care and education.
  • Uphold and deliver the EYFS framework across all areas of practice.
  • Manage recruitment, induction, and training of new staff members.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, staff, and the wider community.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
  • Hold a minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification (or above).
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for early years education and supporting children's development.
  • Montessori Diploma (desirable but not essential).
