A leading reproductive healthcare charity in London seeks a Nurse / Midwife Practitioner to join their clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care across various services like STI treatment and contraception. Are you a Registered Adult Nurse or Midwife who is passionate about reproductive healthcare?
We are looking for a Nurse or Midwife Practitioner to join the clinical team in our London East & Clapham units - working 37.5 hours per week over Monday to Friday.
As a Nurse or Midwife Practitioner you will provide high quality clinical care to our clients across a range of BPAS reproductive healthcare services including termination of pregnancy, STI testing and treatment, contraception, and vasectomy.
You will be involved in all stages of the client pathway from consultation through to treatment and will work in all areas of the unit including theatre and recovery. This role will involve providing treatment and clinical information to clients both in person & over the phone. You'll have excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills, and be adept at caring for clients in a compassionate and empathetic way.

About You
You'll be a Registered Adult Nurse Level 1 or Midwife with active NMC registration & PIN. You'll have clinical practice experience of at least 12 months & have a keen interest in sexual health & reproductive healthcare. Clinical knowledge & experience of safeguarding & Fraser/Gillick competencies are essential for this role.
You will also be comfortable using IT & Microsoft Packages including Outlook, Word & Microsoft Teams.

Salary: £42,383 - £48,789 per annum depending on skills and experience - inclusive of OLW
Contract: 12 month fixed term
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 16:30 - London East
