Main duties of the job

What you'll do:

  • Deliveroutstanding nursing care: Be responsible for the whole patient experience,including clinical diagnosis and treatment, and provide the highest quality,holistic and person-centred care to our residents.
  • Buildrelationships: Develop positive connections with our residents, families, andcarers and involve them in care planning, monitoring, and evaluating services.
  • Collaboratewith a supportive team: Work with a well-resourced multi-disciplinary team,receive full support in your role, and mentor, support, educate and superviseother team members.
