A residential care provider in Brighton is looking for a full-time Nurse to join their team at Patcham Nursing Home. Location: Patcham Nursing Home Brighton
Salary: £23.50 per hour (annual review)
Weekend Rate: £24.00 per hour
Bonus: Discretionary Annual Bonus based on company success
Hours: 36 hours per week, flexible working pattern (Monday‑Sunday)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nurse at Patcham Nursing Home. Previous experience is desirable but what matters most is a genuine commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care and helping us tailor every aspect of life at Patcham to suit our residents.
As part of the nursing team you will deliver holistic care, assess residents, administer medications and treatments, and shape personalized care plans with residents and families. You will support daily living needs, provide social and emotional care, and act as a key link with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe supportive environment.
