The Galleries Medical Practice is currently recruiting for aqualified Nurse Associate or Trainee Nurse Associate with experience of working in General Practice. The role will besolely based at Galleries Medical Practice working under the supervision of Senior Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
This is a full-time permanent post.

Work as part of a designated clinical and care teamdelivering care that focuses on the direct needs of the individual.
Carry out specific clinical and care tasks andresponsibilities to a high standard and competency, under the direction of aCommunity Link Nurse.
Have the ability to work without direct supervision attimes, delivering care independently in line with a patients defined plan ofcare, within the scope of practice expected of a Nurse Associate/ Trainee Nurse Associate role.
