Job summary

A leading nuclear services company in the UK is seeking a Nuclear Supply Chain Manager to lead the development and assurance of a compliant supply chain for major nuclear projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in supply chain management within regulated sectors and a deep understanding of nuclear quality assurance. Responsibilities include establishing performance metrics, leading supplier qualification, and fostering long-term supplier relationships. Qualifications

  • Proven supply chain management experience within nuclear, defence or similarly regulated sectors.
  • Strong understanding of nuclear QA systems, LTQRs and safety culture.
  • Experience in supplier qualification, auditing and compliance management.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the organisation's subject matter expert for nuclear supply chain management.
  • Develop, implement and maintain a fully nuclear-compliant supply chain strategy.
  • Lead supplier and subcontractor qualification, audits and approvals.
  • Ensure robust application of nuclear quality requirements including grading, hold points, LTQRs and traceability.
  • Establish supply chain performance metrics covering quality, delivery, cost and compliance.
