Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Design & Engineering Manager - Nuclear to lead multidisciplinary engineering programmes from concept through to delivery. You will work with clients, partners and senior leaders to shape innovative solutions, win opportunities and deliver high-profile projects across the UK’s Nuclear sector.

You will grow WSP's Nuclear capability, mentor engineers, and drive governance, safety and quality across complex, regulated environments while aligning with the firm’s

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary engineering programmes in highly regulated environments.
• Experience in developing and delivering FEED through detailed design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering and design programmes from opportunity development to delivery.
• Develop integrated delivery approaches across disciplines and teams.
• Drive governance, assurance and technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Grow nuclear capability and mentor engineers and leaders within the team.
