Job summary

WSP is seeking a Design & Engineering Manager - Nuclear to lead multidisciplinary engineering programmes from opportunity development through to delivery. You will work with clients, partners, project teams and leaders to shape innovative solutions and secure new opportunities, delivering outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

Recognised Nuclear engineering leader with credibility and leadership capability.
Experience leading major Nuclear programmes.
Ability to operate in highly regulated environments and provide governance.
Experience in bids and client engagement.
Ability to manage delivery across complex teams.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary engineering programmes from concept to delivery.
Develop integrated delivery approaches from FEED through detailed design.
Drive cross-disciplinary integration across project teams and stakeholders.
Provide visible leadership in technically complex, highly regulated environments.
Support mobilisation and ensure safe, compliant execution of projects.
