Job summary

WSP is expanding its UK Nuclear business and seeks a Design & Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary programmes from opportunity development through to successful delivery. You will shape innovative solutions, secure new opportunities, and deliver outcomes for clients in a highly regulated environment.

You will collaborate with clients, partners and the UK leadership network to grow the Nuclear capability, manage bids, and deliver major infrastructure projects with a focus on quality,

Qualifications

• Recognised Nuclear engineering leader with credibility and relationships to drive complex programmes.
• Strong ability to develop client relationships and win work across the UK Nuclear sector.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Grow WSP's Nuclear capability through strategy, recruitment and succession planning.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex engineering and design programmes from FEED through to implementation.
• Establish governance, lead design reviews and assurance activities across projects.
• Mentor engineers and project leaders to build high‑performing teams and cross‑site collaboration.
