Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks an experienced Nuclear Design & Engineering Leader to drive growth and deliver major, complex programmes across the UK. You will work with clients, partners and internal teams to shape innovative solutions, set technical direction and ensure successful delivery from opportunity development through to project completion.

Qualifications

• Recognised nuclear engineering leader with credibility and leadership capability.
• Experience delivering multidisciplinary engineering programmes in highly regulated environments.
• Ability to develop strategies for pursuing and winning major projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex nuclear engineering programmes.
• Develop delivery approaches from concept through FEED, detailed design and implementation.
• Drive governance, assurance and technical excellence across projects.
• Support major pursuits, bids and client engagement to grow the Nuclear business.
