Job summary

WSP is seeking a designated leader for its UK Nuclear business to shape strategy and deliver high-profile programmes. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, set engineering directions, and partner with clients, partners and internal leaders to secure opportunities and drive project success.

This role focuses on growth, capability building, and governance across the UK Nuclear portfolio, including SMRs/AMRs, major builds, and Sellafield-associated projects.

Qualifications

• Recognised Nuclear engineering leader with credibility to drive complex programmes.
• Strong ability to develop client relationships and win work.
• Experience in highly regulated environments and delivering design governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering programmes from concept through delivery.
• Develop integrated delivery approaches from FEED through detailed design and implementation.
• Drive governance, assurance, and technical quality across projects.
