Job summary

WSP is seeking a Design & Engineering Manager - Nuclear in the UK to lead multidisciplinary engineering programmes from opportunity development through successful delivery. You will collaborate with clients, partners and business leaders to shape innovative solutions and secure major pursuits.

You will grow WSP's Nuclear capability, mentor engineers, and drive governance, assurance and safe delivery in highly regulated environments, while fostering collaboration across UK and global networks.

Qualifications

• Leads multidisciplinary engineering teams on major Nuclear programmes.
• Develops and delivers engineering strategies through FEED, detailed design and implementation.
• Operates in highly regulated environments with governance and assurance.
• Supports major pursuits, bids and client engagement.
• Manages delivery across geographically diverse teams.
