Job summary

WSP is seeking a Design & Engineering Manager - Nuclear to lead multidisciplinary teams from opportunity development to successful delivery. You will work with clients, partners, and senior leaders to shape innovative solutions, secure new opportunities, and ensure exceptional outcomes in a growing UK Nuclear market.

You will be responsible for developing delivery strategies from FEED to detailed design, leading governance and assurance, and growing capability across WSP's Nuclear community.

Qualifications

• Recognised Nuclear engineering leader with credibility to drive complex programmes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on major Nuclear programmes.
• Experience operating in highly regulated environments and providing governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex engineering and design programmes.
• Develop integrated delivery approaches from concept and FEED through detailed design and implementation.
• Drive effective integration across disciplines, project teams and stakeholders.
• Support mobilisation and provide visible leadership in technically complex environments.
