Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks a Design & Engineering Manager - Nuclear to lead multidisciplinary engineering programmes from opportunity development through to successful delivery. You will work with clients, partners and leaders to shape innovative solutions, secure opportunities, and drive high-profile programmes.

We are investing in the Nuclear sector and seeking an experienced leader to grow capabilities, strengthen client relationships, and deliver technically complex, regulated projects

Qualifications

• Leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on major Nuclear programmes.
• Developing and delivering engineering strategies through FEED, detailed design and implementation.
• Operating in highly regulated environments with governance and assurance.
• Supporting major pursuits, bids and client engagement.
• Managing delivery across geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering programmes from opportunity development through delivery.
• Develop integrated delivery approaches from concept and FEED through detailed design and implementation.
• Drive effective integration across disciplines, project teams and stakeholders.
• Support mobilisation and provide visible leadership in technically complex environments.
• Grow nuclear capability through recruitment, development and succession planning.
