Job summary

WSP is seeking a recognised Nuclear engineering leader to drive complex programmes and grow the UK Nuclear business. You will shape strategy, lead multidisciplinary teams and secure major opportunities with clients and partners.

You will operate in highly regulated environments, deliver FEED through to detailed design, provide technical governance and assurance, mentor engineers, and expand capability across WSP's UK and global Nuclear communities.

Qualifications

• Recognised Nuclear engineering leader with credibility and client relationships.
• Experience driving complex programmes and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to develop engineering strategies through FEED to detailed design.
• Track record in highly regulated environments and governance.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex engineering and design programmes.
• Develop integrated delivery approaches from concept through detailed design and implementation.
• Drive governance, assurance activities and challenge scope, cost and risk.
• Grow Nuclear capability through recruitment, development and succession planning.
