• Experience carrying out detailed Training Needs Analysis with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in delivering learning to meet course aims and objectives.
• Experience in designing and implementing e-learning.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of operational response capabilities.
• Analysis, development, design, and delivery of training courses.
• Undertake continuous improvement and implement required solutions.

Skills

Training delivery using a variety of styles and techniques

Good problem solving and project management skills

Ability to communicate well (both written and verbal)

Education

Qualifications equivalent to membership of a professional body
