A regional healthcare provider is looking for a Training Lead to join their digital team. The role involves leading clinical digital training, ensuring high-quality training for healthcare professionals, and supporting the implementation of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR). Ideal candidates will have a master's degree, significant experience in clinical settings, and strong communication skills. This full-time position offers a salary of £64,455 per annum.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the digital team on the joint MSE and EPUT electronic patient record (EPR) journey by joining the Nova Programme.
The Training Lead will be responsible for providing effective clinical digital leadership to all staff and for the execution of the Training Strategy for the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) across two NHS organisations (MSEFT and EPUT) aimed at enhancing clinical data quality and digital systems proficiency of healthcare professionals within the clinical setting, contributing to the development of a digitally skilled workforce to promote safe, effective, high-quality care.
The post holder will support the Digital Education and Training team which is comprised of Clinical Educators and Digital trainers, ensuring the delivery of innovative, fit for purpose training, supporting the EPR project activities and transformational change. This role is essential to prioritising continuous improvements to the digital culture of the organisation.
