Overview

Non-Executive Board Director - £2,959 per annum

Location: Remote / Barnstaple, North Devon

A subsidiary of an established affordable homes provider that seeks to deliver high quality market homes in the south-west with all profits from market sale helping to support the group’s wider delivery of affordable homes in the region. Board meetings are held quarterly in between in person and virtual.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the board and strategic direction, focusing on the commercial delivery or marketing of market sale homes.
• Attend board meetings (approximately 5 per year), with two in person in North Devon and three virtual; in-person meetings may include training or a strategy away day.
• Collaborate with the executive team to deliver high-quality homes and ensure alignment with the organisation’s values and community goals.

Qualifications and experience

• Senior level experience in the commercial delivery or marketing of new homes for market sale.
• Extensive experience in the commercial property or housing sector.
• Commitment to ethical property development and the organisation’s values; ability to work collaboratively to deliver the right homes in the right places and create communities people want to live in.
