Salary: £65,000 to £85,000

A progressive UK law firm is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Associate or Senior Associate to join its Energy, Projects, Infrastructure & Construction (EPIC) team in Bristol. The Role

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile construction and infrastructure transactions that shape communities and drive progress across the UK. You'll collaborate with clients and colleagues across sectors including renewable energy, development, Islamic finance, and retail.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Advising developers, investors, contractors, consultants, and funders on complex projects
  • Drafting and adapting standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC) for bespoke use
  • Supporting large-scale development and infrastructure transactions
  • Identifying risks and delivering pragmatic, commercial solutions
  • Collaborating across Real Estate, Finance, and Corporate teams for integrated advice
  • Developing a niche in one of the firm's key sectors
About You
  • 3+ years' PQE in transactional construction law (contentious experience welcome but not required)
  • Ability to lead complex projects and transactions independently (depending on experience level)
  • Strong motivation and interest in diverse workstreams
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and industry networks
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for innovation
