Job Description:

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician will provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution per procedures and contractual KPIs. The role involves working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
• Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
• Action Service Requests.
• Allocate/despatch tickets to technical support, field engineering, and service providers.
• Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
• Organise traffic management, coordinating with providers, control teams, and field resources.
• Communicate with customers about network incidents.
• Coordinate with utility companies regarding power issues affecting the network.

Who You Are:

Experienced in supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution experience.
• Good communication skills for liaising at all seniority levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
