Job Description:

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and provide critical support for the nation's infrastructure. As a NOC Technician, you will support the NOC engineering team, resolve incidents, and work within a 24/7 shift rota.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
2. Create incident tickets based on customer reports.
3. Action Service Requests.
4. Assign tickets to support teams and service providers.
5. Manage incident tickets with updates.
6. Coordinate traffic management and liaise with relevant teams.
7. Communicate with customers regarding incidents.
8. Coordinate with utility companies during network issues caused by power loss.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience supporting enterprise and service provider networks, ideally in a NOC environment. Skills in 1st line diagnostics, incident resolution, good communication, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
