Job Description:

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and deliver solutions that impact critical infrastructure. As a NOC Technician, you'll support the NOC engineering team by ensuring incident resolution and meeting KPIs. This role operates on a 24/7 shift rota.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
2. Create incident tickets from customer reports.
3. Manage Service Requests and allocate tickets to support teams.
4. Maintain incident tickets with updates.
5. Coordinate traffic management with providers and field teams.
6. Communicate incident updates to customers.
7. Coordinate with utility companies regarding power issues.

Candidate Profile:

Experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, ideally within a NOC environment. Skills in 1st Line diagnostics, incident resolution, and good communication are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required.
