Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
• Create incident tickets based on customer reports.
• Action Service Requests.
• Allocate and dispatch tickets to support and engineering teams.
• Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
• Coordinate traffic management and liaise with relevant teams and providers.
• Communicate with customers regarding network incidents.
• Coordinate with utility companies during power-related issues.

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience supporting enterprise and service provider networks, ideally within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Good communication skills across all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
