Job Description:

Join our Engineering Team at Telent as a NOC Technician, where you'll be empowered to innovate and collaborate with technical experts to support critical infrastructure. This role involves providing administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution in line with procedures and KPIs, and working on a 24/7 shift rota.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in accordance with KPIs.
2. Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
3. Action Service Requests.
4. Allocate and dispatch tickets to technical support, field engineering, and other service providers.
5. Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
6. Coordinate traffic management with relevant providers and teams.
7. Communicate incident updates to customers.
8. Collaborate with utility companies during power-related network issues.

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, ideally within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of seniority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
