Davies is seeking a NIHL Claims Handler to join our Claims Management team in Stoke. You will handle end-to-end NIHL claims, liaising with Disclosure teams, gathering evidence, and negotiating settlements within authority limits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing NIHL (Noise Induced Hearing Loss) claims.
• Understanding Civil Procedure Rules and the Claims Portal.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Ability to manage a personal caseload and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with Disclosure teams for MOD services.
• Handle allocated claims.
• Gather relevant evidence and documentation.
• Determine appropriate actions to resolve each case.
• Prepare detailed reports on liability, quantum and tactics.
• Negotiate settlements within authority.
• Maintain proactive communication with all parties involved.
• Follow documented procedures and client requirements.
• Review and maintain reserves.
• Stay updated on technical changes and training programs.
