Davies in Birmingham is seeking a NIHL Claims Handler to join our Claims Management team. You will handle claims from cradle to grave, liaise with Disclosure teams, gather evidence, and prepare reports advising on liability and settlements.

Competenze

• Experience managing NIHL claims is desirable.
• Understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and the Claims Portal.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage a personal caseload.

Mansioni

• Liaise with Disclosure teams for MOD services.
• Handle allocated NIHL claims end-to-end.
• Gather all relevant evidence and documentation.
• Determine appropriate actions to resolve each case.
• Prepare detailed reports on liability, quantum and tactics.
• Negotiate settlements within approved authority; maintain client communications.
• Follow documented procedures and maintain reserves; stay updated on changes.
