Job summary

Davies Group is seeking an experienced File Handler for its NIHL litigation team in Bolton. You will manage a predominantly litigated caseload from inception to resolution, applying effective strategies to achieve the best outcomes while ensuring profitability and service excellence.

The role requires experience handling NIHL claims, strong knowledge of litigation processes, and the ability to progress files within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience handling litigated NIHL claims.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and disclosure requirements.
• Ability to review evidence and prepare clear reports.
• Experience instructing Counsel and Experts and attending hearings.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation, evidence and medical records and prepare reports.
• Handle all aspects of disclosure and ensure procedural compliance.
• Liaise with Insurers, Insureds and witnesses; obtain statements.
• Instruct Counsel and expert witnesses; attend hearings and trials as needed.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence and pleadings; manage file progression.
