Davies is seeking an experienced NIHL Claims Handler in Leeds to join our Casualty team. You will manage claims end-to-end, liaising with Disclosure teams, gathering evidence, and negotiating settlements efficiently while maintaining high professional standards and client requirements.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, adherence to procedures, and continuous learning, with a strong focus on delivering first-class claims handling for major clients.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Disclosure teams for MOD services.
• Handle allocated NIHL claims and investigations.
• Gather all relevant evidence and documentation.

• Prepare detailed reports on liability, quantum and tactics.
• Negotiate settlements within authority limits.
• Maintain proactive professional correspondence with involved parties.
• Follow documented procedures and client requirements.
• Regularly review and maintain reserves.
• Stay updated on technical changes and training programs.
