Responsibilities

• Liaise with Disclosure teams for MOD services.
• Investigate and handle allocated NIHL/ casualty claims.
• Gather evidence and documentation.
• Determine actions to resolve cases; negotiate settlements.
• Prepare detailed reports on liability, quantum and tactics.
• Maintain proactive professional correspondence with parties.
• Manage reserves and comply with procedures.
