Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a dedicated Nightshift Manager to lead a store overnight, delivering replenishment and full shift operations. The role involves prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and ensuring shelves are stocked and ready for opening.

You will coach and manage the team, handle performance, and ensure payroll accuracy while maintaining a safe working environment. The role requires strong customer service, KPI delivery, and experience running night shifts in a high-volume

Qualifications

Track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues to do the same.
Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Operational leadership in the absence of senior managers.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs (sales, availability, customer satisfaction).
Experience managing employee relations issues (performance and absence).

Responsibilities

Lead overnight replenishment and store operations, prioritising deliveries and shelf replenishment.
Oversee safety and wellbeing of colleagues during the shift.
Ensure standards are ready for morning trade and customer service excellence.
Manage performance, scheduling, and payroll accuracy, including disciplinaries.
