Sainsbury's is recruiting an overnight Store Manager to lead a team through night shifts and take responsibility for the full 4-night cycle. You will drive replenishment, safety, and smooth operations, ensuring readiness for customers at opening. This role rewards hands-on leadership and a focus on service excellence.

You will coach colleagues, manage performance and attendance, and uphold KPI targets across sales, availability and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues to do the same.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Operational leadership in the absence of more senior managers.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs (sales, availability, customer satisfaction, engagement).
• Experience managing employee relations issues, including performance and absence management.

Responsibilities

• Lead an overnight team to deliver all replenishment activities, prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and replenish shelves.
• Run a full store operation overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are brimming with readiness for morning service to customers.
• Manage performance, capability, disciplinaries, and scheduling/pay accuracy.
