Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a Nightshift Manager to take charge of overnight replenishment and store operations, ensuring that deliveries are prioritized, shelves are stocked, and standards are ready for the morning rush. You will lead a team through night shifts, maintaining safety and wellbeing, coaching colleagues, and managing performance, scheduling, and disciplinary processes as required.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Operational leadership in the absence of more senior managers.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs (sales, availability, customer satisfaction).
• Experience managing employee relations issues (performance, absence).
• Desirable: night shift experience in a high-volume environment.
