Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking an overnight Nightshift Manager to lead a team across replenishment and store operations. You will manage deliveries, organise the warehouse, and ensure shelves are refreshed for morning service, while maintaining safety and colleague wellbeing.

Role requires strong customer service, line management experience, and a track record of meeting KPIs in a high‑volume environment. Night shifts run 22:00–08:00 with a £4,500 premium and full‑time hours.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Operational leadership with responsibility in the absence of more senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead an overnight team to deliver all replenishment activities, organise the warehouse and replenish shelves.
• Run a full store operation overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are ready for morning service and supervise scheduling and pay.
