Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Nights Guest Service Assistant to deliver exceptional service at the front desk, handling check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries. You will support night-time operations across food & beverage, maintenance and other departments to ensure a first-class stay.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with strong communication, teamwork and a professional, friendly demeanor. The role offers opportunities for development within a global hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure guest rooms and areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Friendly, welcoming approach and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Strong organisational skills to manage reservations and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office; familiarity with hotel management software (Opera/Fidelio) is a plus.
