Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is hiring a Guest Service Assistant to deliver the highest level of guest service at the front desk. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, handle inquiries and bookings, and provide local information to ensure a memorable stay.

You’ll support colleagues across the hotel to maintain a first-class guest experience. The role emphasises a friendly, professional manner, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment,

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational skills to manage reservations and front desk operations.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate bookings and guest information.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Opera or Fidelio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Handle inquiries and guest complaints professionally.
• Book reservations and provide information about local attractions.
