Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Nights Guest Service Assistant in Leeds to deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk during night hours. You will check guests in and out, handle inquiries and complaints, and assist with reservations while maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area.

You'll support hotel operations across food and beverage, maintenance and other departments as needed, demonstrating teamwork, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to guest

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure guest rooms and areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Friendly, welcoming guest service and professional handling of inquiries and complaints.
• Strong organisational skills to manage reservations and keep the workspace tidy.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet); familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and handle reservations.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve guest complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and organised front desk area and communicate policies and amenities.
