Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Nights Guest Service Assistant to deliver first-class guest service at the front desk, check guests in and out, handle inquiries and bookings, and maintain a welcoming lobby.

You will support night operations across food & beverage, maintenance and other departments, bringing excellent communication and teamwork. Applicants must be 18+ and have basic IT skills and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure guest rooms and areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Good organisational skills to manage reservations and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, email and internet; familiarity with hotel software is a plus.
