Contract: Full Time

Salary: GBP25.24 Per Hour

Shift Type: Nights

Birdston Care Home, located in Kirkintilloch, just 15 minutes from Glasgow, is a modern, fully refurbished care home with over 20 years of experience. We deliver high-quality, person-centred care for frail-elderly residents, including specialist dementia and respite care. Rated all 5s by the Care Inspectorate and holding an outstanding 9.9 score on carehome, we\'re proud of our reputation for excellence.   • Resident Support: As a named Nurse, support residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels, ensuring personalised and attentive care.
  • Strive for Clinical Excellence: Continuously work towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home, setting the standard for high-quality care.

What We're Looking For

  • Nurse Qualified: You are a registered nurse with a valid PIN, ready to bring your expertise to our team.
  • Strong Clinical Skills: Your clinical knowledge is solid, and you\'re confident in applying it to deliver high-quality care.
  • Experience with the Elderly: While not essential, experience working with the elderly is an asset.
  • Leadership Experience: You\'ve led and managed teams before, and you\'re skilled at bringing out the best in your colleagues.
  • Training and Support: You\'re ready to support and guide staff, helping them develop and thrive in their roles.
