A hospitality group in the City of London is seeking a Night Team Leader to ensure guest satisfaction during night hours. The successful candidate will oversee the Night Reception Team, efficiently attend to guests, manage guest registrations, and perform audit tasks. Strong customer service and organizational skills, along with experience in team leadership and familiarity with Opera, are essential. The Novotel London Bridge is hotel is a 4-star hotel located close to the South Bank (SE1 9HH) with Tate Modern, The Shard and St Paul's Cathedral just around the corner. There are 182 chic bedrooms, Gourmet Bar and Restaurant as well as fitness centre.
The Night Team Leader welcomes all guests and takes care of them from arrival through to departure.
They contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.
They ensure a smooth and secure environment to all the guests during the night.
Your responsibilities will include:
