We are looking for a confident Night Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working 42 hours a week (Nights Only 19:30pm - 08:30am), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at The Fields.

The Fields is a specialist residential service in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, for adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge, as well as associated complex needs.

Your day-to-day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
