Responsibilities

• Assist Shift Manager in managing teams and ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Manage and motivate the shift team to achieve productivity and service KPIs.
• Ensure high levels of health, safety, and hygiene are maintained.
• Communicate briefing to all shifts for awareness and input.
• Manage Goods Inwards area to ensure quick and damage-free receipts.
• Develop all team members for maximized contributions.
• Carry out and lead investigations as needed.
