Qualifications

• Experience of leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to build high-performing teams and hold regular performance conversations.
• A passion for retail and understanding of the Partnership's brands.
• Ability to plan workload and adapt to deadlines while managing stakeholders.
• Strong clear communication to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shop operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Maximise sales and minimise wastage using commercial skills.
• Maintain high availability and compliant merchandising and store operation.
• Lead and inspire the team, manage holidays and absences.
