Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proven track record delivering and improving KPIs across sales, stock availability, customer satisfaction and colleague engagement.
• Experience managing sensitive people matters with fairness and sound judgement.
• Leadership experience in an operational environment (retail/hospitality/food service) with ownership of departmental performance.
• Evidence of leading change and embedding new ways of working.
• Desirable night shifts in a high-volume operational environment with safe, supportive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of managers overnight and deliver replenishment for customers the following morning.
• Plan for upcoming trading activities with the store leadership team.
• People management including pay, scheduling, training, and employee relations activities.
• Take accountability for the health and safety of all colleagues on shift.
• Ensure high standards, efficiency and KPI-driven performance across the store.
